Military Addresses:
We do not support delivery to APO / FPO / DPO addresses. If an order is placed using a military address and is refused or returned, any return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer. -
Processing & Shipping Time:
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 7–20 business days, depending on your location. -
Customs & Duties:
International orders may be subject to import duties or local taxes. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

Do you offer free worldwide shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99 USD. Except for the remote areas.
However, shipping availability and fees may vary depending on the destination.
For certain remote countries or regions, additional shipping fees may apply based on the carrier’s pricing policies.
Why am I being charged a remote area fee?
Shipping carriers (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, etc.) classify certain locations as remote areas.
This classification is determined by the carrier, and we are only able to confirm it after receiving your full shipping address.
If your address falls within a remote area, an additional fee may be required to complete delivery.
Why is my tracking information not updating?
After your order is placed:
- We take 3–5 business days to process and dispatch your order
- The carrier then scans and updates the tracking information
Tracking updates may take 1–3 days after shipment to appear.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
You can also:
- Log in to your account and check “My Orders.”
- Use the tracking number to monitor your shipment status
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes — you can request an address change before your order is shipped.

Returns Policy
We want you to love your The Mythos Design products. If you change your mind, you may return your order within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused and in its original, unopened packaging.

Return Conditions:
Items must be in original condition, unopened, and with the seal intact. Opened or used items are not eligible for return. -

Issues During Use
- If you discover a problem within 7 days of use, you are eligible for a free return or replacement
- After 7 days, free returns are no longer available. We will only provide replacements under the warranty policy
- Shipping costs for replacements are the responsibility of the customer
Lost or Damaged Packages
The Mythos Design is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
